We want you to love your golf cart. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
If your cart arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
