1.Non-Delivery of Product
If your golf cart is not delivered within the agreed delivery timeframe and no reasonable explanation or resolution is provided, you may be eligible for a refund.
2.Significant Misrepresentation
If the golf cart delivered is materially different from the description provided on our website (excluding minor cosmetic differences), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
3.Order Cancellation by Us
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
•Change of mind after purchase
•Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events
•Minor cosmetic variations or normal wear consistent with the product description

Inspection Upon Delivery
